Where you use Vanly’s mobile application (or mobile functionality), we use real-time location data strictly for operational purposes, including:

• • Tracking drivers during active deliveries/jobs only;
• • Providing job visibility and real-time updates for Shippers;
• • Supporting service verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and dispute resolution.

We do not use location data for marketing, advertising, or behavioural profiling.

5. Future Changes to Cookies

If we introduce additional cookies or tracking technologies in the future (for example analytics, performance monitoring, enhanced security tooling, or marketing cookies), we will:

• • Update this Cookie Policy before or at the time the changes take effect; and
