Consents & Confirmations

Authority to Bind.
I confirm that I am authorised to act on behalf of the company and to enter into legally binding agreements on its behalf.

Agreements Acceptance.
I have read, understood, and agree to the Fleet Operator Agreement, Fleet Operator Terms, Vanly Marketplace Terms & Conditions , Self-Billing Agreement, and Privacy Policy .

Independent Contractor Status.
I acknowledge that the company operates as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for its drivers, vehicles, insurance, tax, and statutory compliance.

Verification & Compliance Checks.
I acknowledge that Vanly may carry out verification, audits, and compliance checks on the company, its drivers, and vehicles, and may suspend or restrict access where requirements are not met.

Payments, AML & KYC (Stripe).
I agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and understand that company and authorised officer details may be shared with regulated payment processors for AML and KYC compliance.

GPS Tracking & Operational Data.
I consent to GPS tracking, proof-of-delivery capture, and operational data processing during active jobs only, for service delivery, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

Driver Responsibility.
I acknowledge that any drivers added to the platform by the company remain under the company’s control and responsibility, and that Vanly does not employ or manage such drivers.

No Route or Schedule Control.
I acknowledge that Vanly does not direct routes, schedules, or working hours, except as required for safety, legal compliance, or customer service integrity.

Ongoing Accuracy Obligation.
I agree to keep company, insurance, and driver information accurate and up to date, and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in suspension.

By submitting this registration, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and that I am authorised to act on behalf of the company. Access to the Vanly platform is subject to ongoing verification, compliance, and audit. All services are governed by the Fleet Operator Agreement and applicable platform policies.
